Interior

- HD enhancement — corrects light, colour and sharpness while leaving the room exactly as it is. Nothing moves, nothing is added.
- Cosmetic retouch — cleans marks and stains off walls, floor and ceiling without touching the furniture or the structure.
- Empty the room — removes existing furniture and leaves the space clear, ready for virtual staging or to show as-is.
- Virtual staging for nine space types: living room, living room with kitchen, bedroom, kitchen, small bathroom, large bathroom, hallway, terrace and office.
- When staging, you also pick where the main wall is — automatic, left, centre or right — so furniture never lands across the windows.

It processes in the background
The work runs on the server, in a queue. You can close the tab and come back later — the result waits for you.

What one photo costs
Ten credits per image, whatever the operation — a light fix costs the same as full staging. On the 500-credit pack that is €0.10 per photo. The Team plan includes 2,500 credits, which is 250 processed images before you pay anything extra.

Frequently asked
Are AI-edited photos accepted by the portals?
Yes, as long as you do not alter the structure of the property. Light correction, retouching and sky replacement are common practice in real estate. For virtual staging we recommend saying so in the listing — it is fair to the buyer and saves you an awkward conversation at the viewing.
What happens to the original photo?
It stays untouched. The result is saved as a new image in the property gallery, so you can always compare or go back to the original.
Can I process several photos at once?
Yes. Select multiple images in the queue and start them together. Each runs separately, so one failure does not affect the rest.
How long does processing take?
It runs in the background on the server, so you are never stuck in the interface. Close the tab and come back to the gallery when it is done.
What if the result is not good?
Run it again on the same image with a different preset or style. There is also a flag button for inconsistent results, which helps us tune the models.
Do I need a professional camera?
No. The Studio is built precisely for phone photos: that is where light is usually the problem and where correction gains the most. A straight frame and a tidy room matter more than the camera.
Can I use it straight from the property record?
Yes. Besides the full Studio, every property gallery has a mini studio, so you do not have to jump between screens while adding a listing.
