Digital Contracts

Real estate contracts
connected to CRM

Lukian helps agencies manage brokerage, viewing, reservation, and collaboration contracts in a workflow connected to properties, clients, and agents.

The goal is to reduce manual data copying and keep document history next to the commercial activity.

What a modern contract workflow should include

Contracts should not be isolated desktop files. In an agency, they need to be connected to the client, property, agent, and transaction stage.

Reusable templates

Prepare templates for common contracts and fill CRM data without manual retyping.

CRM data

Property, client, agent, price, and contact data can be used in documents with fewer errors.

WhatsApp or email delivery

Contracts and documents can be sent quickly through the channels clients already use.

Document history

Keep versions and actions next to the contact or property, not in hard-to-search folders.

Manager workflow

The manager can track which contracts are prepared, sent, signed, or blocked.

Transaction context

Documents remain connected to the pipeline so the team quickly understands each opportunity stage.

What the agency gains when contracts live in the CRM

Client and property data come from the CRM record instead of being retyped into every document.
The document goes out by WhatsApp or email from the same place where you work with the client.
Document history stays next to the contact and property, easy for anyone on the team to find.
Managers see which contracts are prepared, sent, signed, or blocked without asking every agent.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What contracts can a real estate agency manage in CRM?

Viewing forms, brokerage contracts for sale, purchase and rental, exclusive representation, rental agreements, handover reports, GDPR consent and annexes. Agencies can also add their own templates.

Why not only use Word or PDFs?

Word and PDFs are useful, but they do not easily keep commercial context. In CRM, the document is linked to the client, property, agent, status, and history.

What kind of electronic signature is this?

A simple electronic signature drawn on screen, with an audit trail (time, IP address, browser). It is not a qualified or advanced eIDAS signature: there are no digital certificates, no certified timestamps and no accredited trust service provider.
